How do we work?
At Visa Conexus, we guide you through every stage of your relocation and immigration process with a clear and structured approach. Our goal is to simplify Spanish administrative procedures and provide reliable guidance so that you can move forward with confidence.
1. Initial 15-Minute Introductory Call (Free)
We begin with a short introductory call to understand your situation, your plans for moving to Spain, and the type of assistance you may need.
This brief conversation allows us to determine whether we can support your case and to explain how our services work. It also gives you the opportunity to ask general questions and understand the next steps.
The purpose of this call is to understand your circumstances and provide general guidance. A detailed eligibility analysis and immigration strategy are provided during the full consultation.
2. Immigration Strategy Consultation (60 minutes)
If you decide to proceed, we will schedule a personalised Immigration Strategy Consultation, where we analyse your situation in detail and review the visa or residency options available to you.
During this session, we identify the most suitable pathway for your relocation to Spain and provide clear guidance on the requirements, documentation, timelines and next steps for your application.
This consultation is designed to give you clarity about your immigration options and help you avoid common mistakes that can delay or affect visa applications.
Consultation fee: €90 (60 minutes)
If you decide to proceed with our full visa assistance service, the consultation fee will be deducted from the total service cost.
What the consultation includes
• Personal eligibility assessment
• Review of suitable visa or residency options
• Explanation of documentation requirements
• Overview of timelines and application process
• Opportunity to ask specific questions about your case
3. Application Preparation and Submission
Once we have agreed on the most suitable course of action, we begin preparing your application.
This includes organising the required documentation, assisting with forms, arranging appointments when necessary, and ensuring that your application is submitted correctly to the relevant authorities.
Our goal is to ensure that your application is prepared thoroughly and submitted as efficiently as possible.
4. Ongoing Support
Throughout the process, we remain in close communication with you, keeping you informed of the progress of your application and guiding you through each step until your visa or residency is granted.
The same level of care and attention applies to any additional relocation services you may request, such as NIE applications, EU registration certificates, padrón registration, or other administrative procedures necessary for settling in Spain.
